Data Security Update: Link Expiration
To support data security, documents shared through Salesforce are accessed via secure links that expire after 14 days. If a link has expired and you still need the document, the Help Desk can quickly provide a refreshed link upon request.
New Reports Available in NJSLEDS
The New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) is pleased to announce the release of the Student List, Student Record, and Special Education Student Roster Reports in the NJSLEDS system. Users can access the reports by logging into NJSLEDS and selecting the Reports tab from the navigation toolbar at the top of the page.
2025 Graduation Data Update Available
The 2025 graduation data, including all approved graduation appeals, have been finalized and deployed to the NJSLEDS production environment.
The following reports have been updated to reflect the finalized 2025 outcomes:
- Graduation Student-Level Report
- Graduation Cohort Profile Report
The Cohort 2025 Official 4-year, Cohort 2024 Official 5-year, and Cohort 2023 Official 6-year graduation results will be used for reporting in the 2024–2025 School Performance Reports.
Updated CIP, IVC, and SCED Code Lists Available
New CIP, IVC, and SCED code lists are now available on the NJSLEDS website under the Key Documents tab. Districts should review the updated codes and ensure their local systems are aligned ahead of upcoming submissions. Keeping course and program codes current helps prevent validation issues and supports smoother data reporting throughout the year.
