As of 11:00 AM today, the NJSLEDS platform has been fully restored and is now open for all standard submission activity. This update followed a comprehensive system review and included improvements to ID management and error resolution.

Key System Enhancements:

• Master ID Refresh: The system has been refreshed with a new Master ID file, reducing the number of unresolved records for many districts.
• Enhanced Matching and Data Resolution: Potential matches in the ID Management tab have been refined to reduce unresolved errors and missing records.
• FAFSA Field Fixes: Known issues involving the FAFSACompletionIndicator validations have been addressed. No additional user action is required for these fields.

Action Steps for Districts:

• Log into NJSLEDS and check your ID Management tab.
• Use filters to review records flagged with “Error,” “Warning,” or “Associated SID.”
• Contact the NJSLEDS Help Desk for any issues that persist.

Note: The “As Of” date refers to the snapshot date your data must reflect (e.g., student status as of October 15), regardless of the extended window.
