The Division takes your right to privacy seriously and complies with the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). You can contact one of the Division’s HIPAA Privacy Officers if you have questions about your privacy rights or wish to file a complaint about your privacy rights as they relate to the Division.
