Policies and Procedures
These policy manuals identify and explain the policies and procedures governing home and community-based services (HCBS) and HCBS providers and recipients who participate in either of the Division's two Medicaid waiver programs: the Community Care Program and the Supports Program.
The Division typically releases updated policy manuals one to two times per year. Between those releases, policies and procedures may need to be amended. The amendments and addendums below serve as interim revisions to policies and procedures until the next release of updated manuals.
