Below is a list of the bills we send and what you may need to do when you receive one.
An immediate bill is sent when there are any adjustments to or underpayment of an initial NJ927 or reimbursement charge. For example, an immediate bill can be generated due to an audit where multiple quarterly reports are assessed; or due to reimbursement bills that are underpaid beyond the current quarter.
Balances can be paid online here.
This bill breaks down your outstanding account balance by quarter, including the most recent quarter for which you may have already received an immediate bill.
This mailing lists the various assessments we administer annually.
If you have an installment plan with us, you will get a coupon book of remittance forms to return with each installment payment.
We send this notice to employers whose outstanding account balances have been assessed penalties. Remit the penalty amount due immediately or arrange an installment payment with us.
