Remove from Registry | Registrant may file motion to be removed from the State Registry in the following circumstances:
In each case, a motion must be filed in Superior Court with notice to the prosecutor. Prosecutor may object to removal. |

May not be removed from Registry | An offender who has been convicted of, adjudicated delinquent or acquitted by reason of insanity for more than one sex offense as enumerated above, or for one offense if that offense is aggravated sexual assault or sexual assault may not make application to the court to be removed from the registry at any time. |
