Fiscal Year 2026 United States Marine Highway Program (USMHP)
This program will support projects or components of projects that provide a coordinated and capable alternative to landside transportation; mitigate or relieve landside congestion; promote Marine Highway Transportation.

Innovative Coordinated Access and Mobility Pilot Program
This program will support innovative capital projects for the transportation-disadvantaged, with the goal to improve the coordination of transportation services and non-emergency medical transportation services for older adults, people with disabilities, and people of low income.

FY 2026 Continuum of Care Competition and Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program Grants
The program aims to support the development and implementation of a coordinated community approach to preventing and ending youth homelessness and sharing that experience with and mobilizing communities around the country toward the same end.

With a mission to increase the amount of federal grant dollars New Jersey receives, GMO works to help build the capacity of our partners to successfully apply for and manage grant programs. GMO assists in reducing and removing barriers to federal grant funding through identifying grant opportunities, providing grant resources, advocacy, and coordination, among federal grant applicants across the state.
The Grants Management Office does not award or apply for any grant funding. We identify potential sources of grant funding to create, support, and sustain many types of programs that benefit New Jersey. We invite you to become familiar with this site. The Office of Management and Budget has proposed significant revisions to the government-wide requirements for Federal grants, cooperative agreements, and other forms of Federal financial assistance. The proposal addresses several areas that may affect applicants, recipients, subrecipients, and pass-through entities, including:
• Funding opportunity announcements and applications
• Applicant risk and merit reviews
• Fixed amount awards and subawards
• Subaward reporting and monitoring
• Procurement and allowable costs
• Termination and suspension of awards
• Audit and oversight requirements
The proposal is not final. Organizations that apply for, receive, or administer Federal funding are encouraged to review the provisions relevant to their work and consider submitting comments.
