Please Note: In accordance with N.J.A.C. 14:4-5 et seq., licensees (third party electric power and/or natural gas suppliers) and registrants (energy agents, private aggregators, and/or energy consultants) shall submit an Annual Information Update Form within 30 days before their license or registration’s anniversary date, accompanied by a registration renewal fee set forth at N.J.A.C. 14:4-5.12. Reference docket numbers and anniversary dates can be found in the “Active License and Registration Lists” section below.
