Accordingly, as stated in the December 15, 2025, edition of the New Jersey Register at 57 N.J.R. 2723(a), public comments regarding the Civil Service Commission's proposed amendments at N.J.A.C. 4A:7-3.1 may be submitted by February 13, 2026.
