Random alcohol testing is not a requirement.  If there are concerns related to an employee being intoxicated while on duty refer to your agency policy.

Yes. Select the appropriate reason for test from the options available. With reasonable suspicion testing it is best practice that a supervisor takes the employee to the drug testing site.
