Announcement details of upcoming bond sale:
NEW JERSEY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
$160,000,000*
STATE LEASE REVENUE BONDS (OFFSHORE WIND PORT PROJECT)
2023 SERIES A (FEDERALLY TAXABLE) (GREEN BONDS – CLIMATE BOND CERTIFIED)

On Thursday, January 19, 2023, the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (the “Authority”) intends to sell the above-referenced bonds (the “2023 Series A Bonds”), subject to market conditions. The sale will be led by the bookrunning senior manager Loop Capital Markets. Interest rates on the 2023 Series A Bonds will be set at the time of the sale.
