The State is uploading a Final Price Proposal Form containing price lines tiered by ranges of quantity and a Final Bidder Checklist reflecting the Final Price Proposal Form. The Final Price Proposal Form is presented as an Excel spreadsheet. Bidders can enter prices directly on the lines for submission by separate cover in accordance with RFQ Section 6.0 Cost Proposal. The State will accept a copy of the completed Final Price Proposal Form in an electronic format. Bidders are advised that the proposal submission date remains the same, Friday, January 18, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. EST. Please ensure that submitted proposals are in compliance with the revised RFQ to ensure a responsive proposal.

The Bidders’ questions resulted in several changes to the provisions of the RFQ and the Price Proposal Form.  The Division is posting a revised RFQ, revised Attachments, including the revised Price Proposal Form, the Electronic Questions and Answers and a Final Bidder Checklist.  Bidders are advised that the proposal submission date remains the same, Friday, January 18, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. EST.  Please ensure that submitted proposals are in compliance with the revised RFQ to ensure a responsive proposal.

The Division of Purchase and Property, on behalf of the Department of Environmental Protection, issues this Request for Quotations for Waterway Debris Removal Services seeking proposals from firms interested in performing debris removal from the State’s waterways. Hurricane Sandy deposited numerous types of debris in the State’s waterways, including houses, vessels, vehicles and household items. Bidder’s Questions are due Monday, January 14, 2013 with Proposals due Friday, January 18, 2013.
