Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract- Industrial and MRO Supplies and Equipment
Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey is investigating the possibility of entering into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Industrial and MRO supplies and Equipment to replace existing State contract # M-0002, Industrial/MRO Supplies and Equipment, which expires on February 28, 2011.
Under
N.J.S.A
52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.
Please be advised that the State will not accept any communications during this preliminary stage of its investigation.
