Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to participate in the State of Oregon’s WSCA contract for Nationwide Vehicle Rental Services. The State intends to award a contract to Enterprise Holdings, Inc. Information regarding the WSCA contract may be found on the WSCA website at:

The State of Oregon’s contract term continues through October 1, 2015. The contract may be extended for an additional four (4) years at the discretion of the State of Oregon.

The period for comment expires on February 19, 2013.

The State of New Jersey is permitted to join cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2.
