Notice of Intent to Participate - WSCA contract for Small Package Delivery Services

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to participate in the State of Utah's WSCA contract for Small Package Delivery Services. The State intends to award a contract to Federal Express Corporation. Information regarding the WSCA contract may be found on the WSCA website at:

The State of Utah’s contract has the following term:

Initial Term: August 28, 2011 through August 27, 2012

Renewal Options: Four (4) one-year periods
Maximum Contract Term: 5 years

The period for comment expires on April 2, 2012.

The State of New Jersey is permitted to join cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2.
