Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract –Medical Products Distribution

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey is investigating the possibility of entering into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Medical Products Distribution with the Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy (MMCAP).

The deadline for submissions for this RFP is 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 16, 2017.

The RFP can be accessed through the Minnesota Department of Administration’s Materials Management Division website.

The reference number for this solicitation is 24816.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.
