Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to participate in Maricopa County’s (Phoenix, AZ) US Communities contract for Walk-In Building Supplies. The State intends to award a contract to Home Depot USA, Inc. Information regarding the US Communities contract may be found on the US Communities website at:

The contract term continues through July 31, 2014. The contract may be extended for an additional three (3) years at the discretion of Maricopa County.

The period for comment expires on May 17, 2013.

The State of New Jersey is permitted to join cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2.>
