Please be advised that the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (NJMVC) is requesting information to conduct a feasibility study and make recommendations concerning electronic driver’s licenses and mobile applications.  MVC must study the possibilities of issuing an electronic version of a driver’s license (DL) or identification card (ID), which allows cardholders to access an electronic DL/ID utilizing a mobile electronic communication device.
