Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract - Equipment Maintenance Management Program (EMMP)

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to enter into a publicly advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Equipment Maintenance Management Program.

The State of New Jersey anticipates joining the Missouri EMMP cooperative contract in the October 2014 timeframe. The State of New Jersey expects to award a contract to Specialty Underwriters Group (SUG).

The EMMP contract has a term from November 7, 2012 through November 6, 2015, with an option for three one-year extensions.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

Note that the comment period ends with the close of business on September 14, 2014. 52:34-6.2.
