Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to participate in the procurement of the cooperative contract for Medical Products Distribution and Services with the Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy (MMCAP).

The deadline for submissions for this RFP is 2 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 6.

The RFP can be accessed through the Minnesota Department of Administration’s Materials Management Division website.

The reference number for this solicitation is 24039.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.
