Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract – Breast Pumps and Accessories

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to participate in the procurement of the cooperative contract for Breast Pumps, Related Accessories and Services with NASPO ValuePoint.

The NASPO ValuePoint RFP for Breast Pumps, Related Accessories and Services was released by the State of Washington on October 21, 2016.

The RFP is scheduled to close on Monday, November 28, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

The Solicitation Number is 09515.

The Solicitation is available to download online at: https://fortress.wa.gov/ga/apps/ContractSearch/PlannedProcurement.aspx.
Click on the Good and Services link under Current and Future Bid Opportunities then search for the solicitation titled Breast Pumps, Related Accessories and Services.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.
