Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract – Data Communications and Network Equipment

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey is entering into a publically advertised multi-state cooperative purchasing agreement for Data Communications and Network Equipment.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

Please be advised that the State will not accept any communications during this preliminary stage of its investigation.
