NOTICE OF INTENT TO PARTICIPATE IN COOPERATIVE CONTRACT –
Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey is investigating the possibility of entering into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for programmatic services for an Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) program. The services provide the following four (4) components (“Program”):

• Investment management
• Administrative services
• Customer service
• Outreach material support

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

Please be advised that the State will not accept any communications during this preliminary stage of its investigation.
