Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract – Traffic Cones, Flexible Delineator Posts and Channelizer Drums

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey is investigating the possibility of entering into a publically advertised multi-state cooperative purchasing agreement for Traffic Cones, Flexible Delineator Posts and Channelizer Drums.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

Please be advised that the State will not accept any communications during this preliminary stage of its investigation.
