The State Treasurer is seeking ideas and information to increase net revenues generated to the State by the New Jersey State Lottery (Lottery). The State seeks recommendations to improve any or all aspects of the Lottery’s operation including: sales and marketing strategies and functions; product offerings; back office operations; information technology; and financial management.
