NJSLEDS Help Desk
Contact the Help Desk for login issues, system navigation, data errors, file uploads and other system questions. Support is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Log into NJSLEDS and select Contact Help Desk on the system homepage to submit your request.Phone: 609-376-3970. If you cannot log in or access the web form, call for assistance.

Submitting Sensitive Information

To protect student and staff privacy, do not send personally identifiable information (PII) or data files by email. This includes student names, SIDs, dates of birth, staff identifiers and more.
Submit SID/SMID field change, merge and record deletion requests through the Contact Help Desk button inside NJSLEDS. These requests will not be processed if submitted outside the system.
