NJDOT to readopt rules on issuance of permits
The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) is proposing to readopt with minor amendments its permits regulations found at N.J.A.C. 16:41. These rules are scheduled to expire on September 8, 1997 and outline the the procedures for obtaining applications and permits by any person or contractor initiating work that may interfere with the movement of traffic on the State highway system.
The proposed rules are scheduled to be published in the New Jersey Register on July 7, 1997. The public has until August 6, 1997 to comment on this proposal.
