ACA Transparency in Coverage

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) includes resources to make the health care system more transparent and competitive.

Machine-readable Files

These links lead to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and include negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to access and analyze data more easily.

Click on "Self Insured" and type in "State Health Benefits Program" (NJ DIRECT); "SHBP" or "SEHBP" (HMO and OMNIA)
