NJWELL is a wellness program offered to active employees of the public sector who participate in the State Health Benefits Program (SHBP) or School Employees' Health Benefits Program (SEHBP) and their covered spouses/partners.
Eligible dependents include a spouse, civil union partner, or same-sex domestic partner and/or your eligible children.
Employees or their dependents covered by the SHBP or SEHBP who lose coverage may be able to continue health benefits coverage under COBRA.
