Counties and municipalities also periodically purchase, preserve, and resell farms at public auction. These and other farming opportunities available (farms for sale, farmland for lease, and other opportunities) are often listed through NJ Farm Link.

103.686-acre preserved farm with one single-family residence, restricted for agricultural use as per the Farmland Preservation Deed of Easement.

  • December 10, 2026: 1st farm tour will be held from 10:00am-3:00pm (no registration necessary)
  • January 19, 2027: 2nd farm tour will be held from 10:00am-3:00pm (no registration necessary)
  • February 11, 2027: Auction to be held at the 200 Riverview Plaza (1st floor boardroom), Trenton, NJ 08625 at 11:00 am (Registration starts at 10:00 am)
