NJ FamilyCare Annual Report
The NJ FamilyCare Annual Report replaces the HMO Performance Report that has been produced by the Division in previous years. The Annual Report communicates a comprehensive representation of NJ FamilyCare operations during the calendar year. The Report highlights: key initiatives undertaken, topics of enrollment, quality, infrastructure, and fiscal affairs, as well as, the Division’s plans for the upcoming calendar year.
In addition, the Report contains an HMO Scorecard that provides information on how well the Medicaid managed care health plans serve New Jersey beneficiaries against national rankings. The Report also examines performance under the health plan Quality Assurance Program, Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) performance measures, Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey and External Quality Review Organization measures.
