If the public body with which you have contracted to perform public work is registered to use the New Jersey Wage Hub, you may register to use the New Jersey Wage Hub as well, and if the public body agrees, you may submit certified payroll records to the public body through the New Jersey Wage Hub.
If the public body operating your project is not using the New Jersey Wage Hub, you can invite the public body to register with their Employer Access (TWES)-enabled myNewJersey account in order to access all certified payrolls online. You can also download the submitted form and email or fax the form to them separately.

If the prime contractor does not register the project and/or the public body, then you will submit all certified payrolls to the public body, in the same manner which was used prior to the establishment of the Wage Hub.
Uploading a contract is optional at this time, but it is recommended.
