Property Tax Deduction/Credit Eligibility

Indicate whether you live in a home that you owned (choose “Homeowner”) or rented (choose “Tenant”) during 2024. If you were both a homeowner and a tenant during the year, choose “Both.” If you did not own or rent your principal residence, choose “Neither."

Note: If you own a mobile home that is located in a mobile home park, you are considered a tenant.
