Laborers are placing concrete for the footing of a section of the retaining wall. At this location, the retaining wall will support a cantilevered sign support. The sign will direct traffic onto the future southwest ramp.

Carpenters are forming the wing wall on the south abutment for the future Route 17 overpass. Next to them is another caisson foundation is being drilled for the overhead flyover ramp.

Workers are grading the backfill behind a mechanically stabilized retaining wall. This precast concrete wall will support the future southwest ramp which will carry traffic from Route 17 southbound to Route 4 westbound.
