2018 Schedule A-4 of CBT-100 and BFC-1 Correction

The version of Schedule A-4, Summary Schedule, originally released with Forms CBT-100 and BFC-1 contains incorrect line number references. The instructions at Lines 14, 15, and 16 of Schedule A-4 indicate where the information is located on Schedule PT. However, it lists the wrong line numbers. The instructions for Lines 14, 15, and 16 of Schedule A-4 should read as follows:

14. Schedule PT, Part II, Section B, line 4
15. Schedule PT, Part II, Section B, line 6
16. Schedule PT, Part II, Section B, line 7

Taxpayers filing Schedule PT must be careful to enter the correct line numbers onto Schedule A-4 from Schedule PT. A corrected version of the 2018 Schedule A-4 is contained in the online version of form CBT-100 and form BFC-1.
