In accordance with Chapter 231 of the Public Laws of 1975, the following is the schedule of the Civil Service Commission Board meetings, which was sent to the Secretary of State. All meetings will be held virtually until further notice.  Please refer to the "Upcoming Meeting" section of this page for call-in instructions.

The Civil Service Commission has launched a new online Appeal Filing System as an alternate method for filing appeals and requests for relief.  For more information on filing appeals, please visit the Division of Appeals and Regulatory Affairs.

Upcoming Meeting

Notice

Please take notice that the Civil Service Commission plans to consider a request at an upcoming meeting regarding interim non-competitive appointments of certain employees.

Specifically, the Commission will consider a request to appoint all County and municipal employees, who were appointed provisionally in their current job titles on or before December 31, 2024, where there is no current eligible list for their job title, as interim non-competitive.
