Division of AdministrationPreventive maintenance for Transportation Services vehicles must be done every 8 months or 7,500 miles. Drivers/coordinators should call their assigned repair facility to schedule an appointment. If your vehicle breaks down during normal work hours contact the nearest Transportation Services location. If your vehicle breaks down after hours, during the weekend or on a holiday, contact the nearest vendor listed by county below.
Should your vehicle break down on the NJ Turnpike, the GS Parkway, or the Atlantic City Expressway, contact the Authority and they will have the vehicle towed. You are to contact your assigned Central Motor Pool garage within 1 working day of the incident.If a phone is unavailable, park on shoulder and await State Police patrol.
