There are three options for obtaining certification:

• Option 1: Bachelor's Degree or Higher
• Option 2: Associate Degree with Employment Experience
• Option 3: Employment Experience Only

This requirement may be completed by choosing one of the following options:  

1. Present evidence of basic military training. 
2. Complete a course such as biology, health or nutrition that appears on an accredited two- or four-year college or university transcript.  
3. Complete an online test. You must have a tracking number and an application on file to take this test. 

Career Clusters include a variety of careers that share similar knowledge, skills, and interests. The National Career Clusters Framework serves as an organizing tool for CTE programs of study, curriculum design, and instruction.
