They're open weekdays (excluding holidays) from 8AM to 3:30PM.

Start your job search.
While getting benefits, you need to be actively looking for work.

Explore training options.
You might want to take advantage of our approved training programs.

Certify for (claim) your weekly benefits.
Before you can get paid, you'll have to answer a few questions.

Add dependents to your claim, if they qualify.
Your partner and/or children must meet certain requirements.

Adjust your federal income tax withholding.
Doing so can help offset future tax liabilities.

Attend our scheduled appointments.
If you miss them, you may be ineligible for benefits.
