Technical Proposal

TP-238

Question 1: We are requesting clarity regarding section 10 RE requirements for the TP-238. Please confirm the Office Engineer experience and Site Manager experience can be concurrent with the 3 year of RE experience required in Section 10 provided  the project did not have designated personnel for Office Engineering and RE performed all Office Engineering duties.

Please note that the recent TP-221, TP-222, & TP-227 and various other past TPs for similar size and scope projects have called out total RE experience requirements in section 10 as 3 years in total. We think the same is being called out for the TP-238 but it is not 100% clear and as such, we are requesting this clarification.

Answer 1: The Office Engineer experience and Site Manager Experience can be concurrent with the 3 year of RE experience required in Section 10 provided the project did not have designated personnel for Office Engineering and the RE performed all Office Engineering duties.
