NOTICE OF INTENT TO PARTICIPATE IN COOPERATIVE CONTRACT

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey is investigating the possibility of entering into a publicly advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for PARCC Administration Services to replace the existing State Blanket P.O. for similar services under M7011 – PARCC Operational Assessments which expired June 30, 2018.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

Please be advised that the State will not accept any communications during this preliminary stage of its investigation.
