View all news →Resolved: World Language Assessment Errors The validation rule for WorldLanguageAssessment2–5 fields has been updated and is now in effect. The system will no longer incorrectly block the same World Language Assessment from being used for multiple languages.

New: Add Comments Directly to Help Desk Cases You can now comment on your Help Desk cases directly in the system. All communication stays in one secure place, eliminating duplicate tickets. Note: The Help Desk email is no longer used for managing tickets. Learn more →

Recent Updates
SAR Delete Requests – Important Update Jan 16
NJDOE is no longer able to process SAR delete requests as assessment files are finalized. Registration updates will occur in assessment platforms once access opens.
Staff Vacancy Mid-Year Deadline Removed Dec 31
The February 23, 2026 mid-year deadline has been removed. The Staff Vacancy submission window that opened October 17, 2025 will remain open through June 30, 2026 as the official End-of-Year submission.
Clarification for APSSDs: Staff Management Only Nov 6
APSSDs only need to complete Staff Management. No Student Management, Special Education, or other submissions required.
