  2. Policy Recommendations: The TDC will offer feedback and recommendations on the development and implementation of Treasury policies that aim to foster diversity, prevent discrimination, and promote equal opportunities for all employees.
  3. Awareness and Training: The TDC will raise awareness and conduct training sessions to enhance cultural competence and increase awareness of biases, fostering a more inclusive environment.
  4. Data Review and Benchmarks: The TDC will review diversity and equity metrics, analyzing data and establishing benchmarks to measure progress.
  5. Support for ERGs: The TDC will provide vital support to each of the Department’s ERGs. It will provides guidance, resources, and a platform for ERG members to connect, share experiences, and advocate for inclusion.
  6. Collaboration: The TDC will work closely with Department leadership, HR, and all Divisions to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the entire employee experience and within the overall department culture.
  7. Community Engagement: The TDC will engage with external community organizations and stakeholders to build partnerships that support inclusive initiatives and enhance the Department’s outreach efforts.
  8. Continuous Improvement: The TDC will foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly evaluating diversity programs and initiatives, seeking feedback, and making necessary adjustments to enhance their effectiveness.
