eCatalog is a web-based ordering system created for State agencies’ use. It will simplify and streamline the requisition and operating process for Agency procurement personnel.

eCatalog Training
The Division of Purchase and Property invites all State of New Jersey’s agencies for eCatalog system training.
Just send back the
Training List
(MS Excel 23 kb) and your buying personnel will be signed up for training sessions hosted by the Division of Purchase and Property.
The eCatalog system:
Makes ordering a snap by using shopping cart technology
Allows non-MACSE users to create requisitions
Integrates with the MACSE system
Sends "instant" notification of waiting Orders to your vendors
Specialized training for your agency is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Administrators:
Will receive one 3-hour group training session on Monday afternoon.
Plus a one-to-one 3-hour training session scheduled during the following Tuesday - Friday.
We recommend two administrators per agency.
Requestors and shoppers:
Will receive one 3-hour group training session during the same week as the administrator.
We can accommodate up to 15 individuals p er training session.
