LifeSet, is an intensive case-management service that was created by Youth Villages to provide young adults the support and guidance they need to make successful transitions to adulthood. LifeSet services are highly individualized and tailored to suit your individual strengths and needs. Your LifeSet Specialist will meet with wherever you are comfortable i.e. your home, place of employment, school or a community setting and they can work with you on variety of topics including education, employment, housing stability, healthy relationships, mental and physical health, and other independent living skills.
