The NJ Department of Children and Families (NJ DCF) is now surveying youth who experienced foster care and 1) were invited to complete a NYTD survey at age 19 AND 2) between April 1, 2024 through September 30, 2024 have turned or will be turning 21.
Email OAS at dcf_adolescentservices@dcf.nj.gov to take the NYTD survey before September 30, 2024.
