Attending Court

How can a foster youth request to attend court?

As a foster youth, you have the right to attend your court hearings.

You should receive a notice that will let you know when your court hearings are. To help prepare for your court hearing, you can reach out to your law guardian and/or CASA worker. Your CP&P worker will arrange for you to have transportation to and from your court hearing and can help you understand the court processes and support you.

We want to know more about our users.

How would you describe yourself?
