Self Care
Physical self-care includes how you fuel your body, how much sleep you get, how much physical activity you engage in, and how well you care for your physical needs. Attending medical appointments and regular check-ups, taking medications as prescribed, and managing your health are all examples of good physical self-care.
Mental self-care entails activities that help you declutter your mind and reduce stress. When life gets hectic with work or school, it can be difficult to prioritize your mental health. You can reduce stress and improve your overall happiness by making time each day to care for your mental health.
