Wraparound Funds

Info for Young People
Wraparound is emergency funding for eligible young people who were in foster care at age 16 or older or in a DCF adolescent contracted housing program between the ages of 18-21. The funds can be used to pay security deposits, cover up to four months' rent, purchase linens, furniture, driving lessons, food, or other things that can help you transition to interdependence.

How do I access Wraparound Funds?

  • Contact the Wraparound agency directly depending on your county of residence
  • Applicants cannot access this service through their former CP&P worker
  • Wraparound funds are made available to young adults ages 18 years through the date of their 23rd birthday

Wraparound Administrating Agencies
The following agencies are responsible for processing wraparound requests and issuing wraparound funding.

Acenda Integrated Health
Counties Covered: Atlantic, Bergen Cape May, Cumberland, Hudson, Gloucester, Morris, Passaic, Salem, Sussex, Warren

Center for Family Services
Counties Covered: Essex, Middlesex, Union

Oaks Integrated Care
Counties Covered: Burlington, Camden, Hunterdon, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, Somerset
